He took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted; he only showed us things that fit our specific criteria. When the market is changing quickly he is willing to pivot immediately to ensure that no opportunity is missed. Greg was willing to accomodate our young family throughout the process as well. He really took the initiative to line things up in a timely fashion and maximize our time together. He assisted all the way through the completion process and even offered additional support after the deal was closed. we highly recommend working with him.

Greg had unbelievable patience with me and I'm extremely grateful. It still blows my mind on how expensive property is, but Greg was able to help weed through the various properties so we could avoid the ones that would cause us problems down the road and ones that were really just overpriced. It took a bit of time, but it was definitely worth it. Greg put a lot more effort into this then we previously experience when trying to find a good agent. He also helped out after the sale to explain what happens with the Notary/Lawyer and even helped figure out some of the strata paperwork and requirements for new tenancy.

He had a great sense of what we wanted in the market and always made himself available for questions. We never felt any pressure and he helped guide us to decisions that were right for our family. We will certainly be using Greg again in the future!
